SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our aim is to ensure that you receive your order as fast as possible while ensuring that each order is securely packed for its transportation so that it arrives safely to you.

 

Postage/Shipping - Australia

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for all artwork purchases. Orders placed for printing, framing, & stretched canvases will incur additional postage charges. Once the order is placed you will receive an invoice detailing the postage cost. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel the order.

​Postage/Shipping - International

Postage/shipping charges vary depending on size and location. Please contact us for a quote. Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates and processing times as these charges are borne by you and not by Larkin Studios.

Delivery Address

PO Box addresses are not accepted as a delivery address must be provided. All parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. If you have a special request, please contact us before placing your order.

 

Insurance

Insurance is included in all shipping and is included in the final quote at checkout. All artwork is packaged with care by the artist. For commission items the packaging can only occur once the artwork has cured enough to be wrapped and enclosed. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis prior to the order being placed.
